Justin Miller - Mix 106
Justin Miller is the Production Director for the Juneau Radio Center and is a Juneau local. Graduated from Juneau Douglas High School in 2016, afterwards staying in Juneau working seasonally for Alaska Travel Adventures as one of the Lead River guides in the summer, and at EagleCrest Ski Area as a Snowsport instructor certified through (PSIA). Justin then decided to pursue his career in audio by attending the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Arizona. After his education he moved to Washington State to intern and work at Mountain House Recordings in Tacoma, WA, while there he expanded upon his skill by running live sound, recording, and mixing music.
Justin has taken being in radio serious and wants to use the platform to shine a light on Fine arts in Juneau and all of Alaska, he continues to record and mix for local musicians to help bring professional quality to Juneau. Justin is also a musician, he's been playing drums and percussion for 12 years, teaches drum lessons and plays in Juneau band "Aery" and soon to be with the Juneau Symphony He's also produced music for Juneau locals, Air Jazz. Radiophonic, Lance Mitchell, Quinn Gist and more! Justin says "I'm very excited to be apart of the Mix 106 team, I look forward to seeing what my knowledge and experience can do for the Juneau Radio Center and Mix 106."
